Kerry Cooke, Founder and CEO of Tail Chasers LLC developed Spleash to combat the challenges of real-time dog walking. In this interview DeliveryRank heard more from Kerry on how they make it easier and safer to walk, protect and hydrate your pet.
This whole journey began several years ago, back before the pandemic. I was walking with my dog, a beautiful black lab/Weimaraner who struggled to stay cool under the Southern California sun. We had tried a variety of methods to help keep her cool on walks, but nothing quite fit the bill. That is until one day; I was suddenly struck by the idea to make a water container that could spray away all your walking woes as well as become a part of your existing leash. I ran home and immediately started to develop the idea further.
After years of challenges and trials, we've arrived here with a fully functioning and cleverly designed product, and I couldn't be prouder!
Spleash is a handle that holds 12 oz of water, attaches to any standard-sized leash, and sprays up to 14 ft. It achieves all this through clever engineering and the determination to make pet owners' lives more manageable than ever.
The first step to using your Spleash is to pull out the plug and fill it with the desired amount of water (under 12 oz). You then remove the CAM and insert your very own leash. Once the CAM is back in place, you're locked, loaded, and ready to go!
Now that your leash has been Spleashed, you can take advantage of the many amazing uses for Spleash with comfort and ease! Use the attached flip-open cup to give your pup a quick sip, then the unique spray feature to keep cool, clean their paws, or keep away off-leash animals. The PAWssibilities are endless!
If you want to join the pack and Spleash your leash, you can find us at www.Spleash.com.
Moving forward into the future, we're focusing on what makes Spleash so great, multi-functionality! As we continue to grow, we hope to make some exciting additions to Spleash, including our own line of recycled ocean-plastic leashes and, hopefully, one day, an attached light for night-walkers!
