Eat Fit Go offers a good selection of ready-made, health-oriented meals, but the menu can be restrictive. If you’re ready to try something else, I’m here to show you how to cancel your current subscription in just a few clicks.
I have several ideas for great alternatives, with Factor at the top. Its menu also features prepared meals, although it focuses on a slightly broader range of dietary needs than Eat Fit Go’s specialized plans. Plus, Factor’s Add-ons menu allows you to add extras, like snacks and drinks.
It’s pretty straightforward to cancel your Eat Fit Go subscription. Our tested review found that you can do it online via your account. Just make sure to submit your request by 8 PM CT on the Friday before your subscription is renewed. Otherwise, it may take another week before the cancelation kicks in.
1. Log in – Go to the Eat Fit Go homepage and click on Log In in the top-right corner.
2. Go to your account settings – Once logged in, click on the Account page in the top-right corner.
3. Go to the My subscriptions section under Order History – The My Subscriptions section includes details of all your past and present subscriptions. If you don’t have any past subscriptions, only your current plan should be listed.
4. Change the status of your subscription – Find the subscription you want to cancel, click on it, and change its status from Active to Canceled.
5. Wait for a confirmation email – You should receive a confirmation email from the Eat Fit Go team. If this doesn’t happen within 24 hours, contact the customer service team. You can do this via email at [email protected].
Author note: If you want to skip an Eat Fit Go subscription entirely, you have the option to place 1-time orders. Just select Only Once at checkout on the Review your order page. However, this means you won’t benefit from any discounts.
Factor focuses on high-end ready meals, with over 35 dietitian-approved dishes every week. Like Eat Fit Go, the entire menu is prepared and ready to heat and eat, although Factor’s fresh meals don’t arrive vacuum-sealed. Factor also offers add ons, including smoothies, shakes, breakfast options, snacks, and more. Check our tested Factor review to learn more about its menu.
Factor’s meals are slightly less specialized than Eat Fit Go’s but there’s some good crossover. You can order from plans like Keto, Calorie Smart, Protein Plus, Carb Conscious, Vegan, and Vegetarian. The plans work in a similar way to Eat Fit Go’s dietary preferences filter. Factor also offers complimentary nutrition coaching sessions with registered dietitians so you can choose the right meals for your needs.
While Factor's prices may be slightly higher, the meals are more appealing and the plans more flexible. The benefit of nutrition coaching might also add value to people navigating certain diet or health requirements. It's also important to note that Factor's pricing varies by order size, with larger orders providing the best savings. For example, you can get 18 meals for $103.41 on your first order with our link.
Green Chef stands out for its commitment to certified organic and sustainably sourced ingredients, offering premium meal kits that cater to a variety of diets. Its diverse menu, focus on top-quality produce, and eco-friendly packaging make Green Chef a great alternative to Eat Fit Go. Plus, the meals were well received in our tried-and-tested Green Chef review.
The menu features Mediterranean, Calorie Smart, Keto, Protein Packed, and Gluten-Free plans, among others. Recipes are quick and easy to prepare, typically taking between 20 and 40 minutes. So, even though you don’t get prepared meals like Eat Fit Go, it’s still a great option for busy individuals (and it’s much more practical for families who want to eat together).
Green Chef’s prices are similar to Eat Fit Go’s, but I think Green Chef offers greater value through its focus on organic ingredients and access to professional nutritional advice. Starting at $9.99 per serving, Green Chef's ordering structure is designed to accommodate 3 or 4 meals per week for 2, 4, or 6 people.
Trifecta is a great Eat Fit Go alternative for fitness enthusiasts and those with strict dietary preferences. The brand collaborates with nutritionists to design meals that are precisely tailored to support 4 main diets: Paleo & Whole30 Approved, Keto, Clean Eating, and Plant-Based.
As well as its diet plans, Trifecta offers a DIY Meal Prep option where you can mix and match cooked proteins, veggies, and carbs to create personalized meals. This feature is especially beneficial for those who need full control over their meal compositions, providing an advantage over Eat Fit Go's lack of customization. Learn more about this option in our expert-tested Trifecta review.
The brand’s focus on high-quality ingredients, tailored diets, and customizable options, combined with access to premium resources like its goal-tracking app, justifies the premium price point for those serious about their dietary goals. Prices start at $13.79 per serving, making it slightly more expensive than Eat Fit Go.

Yes. As long as you respect the cancelation cutoff date, you can do everything from your online account. You can also cancel by contacting the customer service team.
There are some great alternatives to Eat Fit Go, but they are similar in terms of ingredient freshness and quality. The main difference stands in menu diversity and diet-specific options.
You can cancel your Eat Fit Go subscription anytime you want. But if you don’t submit your request before the weekly cutoff date, you’ll receive another delivery before the cancelation kicks in.
