Javy has coffees and toppings that can enrich your coffee experience. It sources coffee beans from specially selected farmers for their eco-friendly practices. Still, it manages to keep its prices considerably lower compared to many coffee sellers people typically purchase these beverages from, like Starbucks. For these reasons, I think you should try Javy coffee.
What I also like about this company is the variety of drinks and delicacies you can prepare with its items. And Javy helps you make them to the best effect with its on-site recipes. What's more, the coffee delivery service covers you with its satisfaction guarantee in the unlikely event that you aren't happy with its products.
Besides pros, the provider has some minor cons, which aren't dealbreakers if you ask me. To learn everything you need to know about the company, read my Javy Coffee Review.
Pros | Cons |

Javy has a line of products divided into 4 categories. These are Concentrates, Blends, Syrups, and Accessories. You can use concentrates or blends to prepare coffee. As for syrups, mix them with concentrates to craft your ideal coffee.
Concentrates come in various flavors. Some of them are Mocha, White Chocolate Mocha, Caramel Brulee, and Hazelnut. Each bottle of concentrate is enough for 35 servings. At the time of my review, most of these offerings were the limited release.
Blends come in 3 variants – Protein Coffee Blend, Instant Latte (with Almondmilk), and Collagen Creamer. Unlike concentrates, the number of servings varies from 1 blend to another. Protein Coffee Blend comes in 24 servings, while Instant Latte and Collagen Creamer come in 12 and 22 servings, respectively.
The coffee subscription service had 3 low-sugar syrups with different flavors. These are Vanilla, Mocha, and Caramel syrups. To grab some nice savings on those, buy the Variety Pack Coffee Syrups containing all 3 variants.
As for Accessories, you can find several extras that may come in handy. Some of them are Magic Tumbler, Milk Frother, and Athletic Bottle.
Javy uses 100% natural arabica beans and water to produce its concentrates. These products are gluten-, sugar-, and dairy-free. If you count calories, you'll be happy to know that they contain less than 5 calories.
You have complete control over what you get in your delivery box. While some delivery services send you what they think is best for you, Javy lets you decide.
You can shop as a guest once or become a Javy subscriber while ordering products. You'll get options for both while picking up your favorite items. If you decide to open an account, you'll get your Javy products every 30 days. Of course, you can change the selected products and pause your subscription at any time.
You qualify for free gifts if you opt for a bundle. Click on the Bundles image on the website homepage to see the available options. When I last checked, I could buy a bundle of between 1 and 4 bottles. Each option provided an attractive discount, with the savings increasing the more bottles you buy. Some free gifts you could get were free shipping, a digital book, and a magic spoon. There was also a mystery gift at play.
You may get Javy coffee products in a beautifully designed box. But you won't find anything fancy inside save a possible message to you printed on the inside of the outer flap. The items in the box probably won't be in any particular order.
Depending on the product, you may find them wrapped in paper or protected in a plastic or a bubble bag. You may even find delicate reusable straws in a tiny bag made of cotton or some other material. Coffee products come in their original packaging as you can see them on the website. So, you can easily make 1 from another.
Upon unboxing Javy items, make sure to store them in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Don't forget to reseal the container once you open it and use its contents until the expiration date.
The shelf life of Javy products is typically 12 months before opening. Check the package for the exact expiration date. Once opened, the product should be OK for 10 weeks if stored in the refrigerator.
When I did my research for the Javy Coffee Review, I couldn't find any reference to the sustainability of the packaging. Perhaps customer service can provide some information about this. From what I learned, I think the company can do a better job and reduce the use of plastic in shipping their products.
I had a hard time choosing the top 3 of my favorite Javy coffees. After much deliberation, I've narrowed down my favorite options to the following products:
What I like about this Javy concentrate is the ease of use and convenience. All you have to do to make this delicious beverage is put 1 or 2 teaspoons of the Cookies N' Cream concentrate in milk or water, et voila. What's more, the ingredients are ethically sourced and eco-friendly.
Optionally, you can add a creamer for enhanced flavor. This brings me to the next product.
Javy's Collagen Coffee Creamer is 1 of the rare coconut collagen creamers, if not the only 1, that perform equally well with hot or iced coffee. As stated on the website, this product boasts only natural ingredients. And making coffee with this useful add-on is a piece of cake.
Once you add the creamer to water or milk, shake it until you get the desired consistency. Depending on dosing, the bag should be enough for between 11 and 22 servings.
You'll love Javy Mocha Coffee Syrup if mindful of your sugar intake. Besides coffee, you can use this product to prepare cocktails, shakes, and mocktails. What's more, the syrup contains no artificial sweeteners and is gluten-free.
Add 1 or 2 tablespoons, depending on your preference, of the syrup to the coffee you previously prepared from a Javy concentrate. In general, 1 bottle of the syrup should be enough for 13 or so servings.
The Javy Coffee pricing structure depends on the quantity and whether you subscribe or not. Take a look at the following table for the details.
Product | Quantity (Bottles or Bags) | Price Starting From | Shipping Fee |
Concentrate | 1 | $22.95 | Free or $5.95 |
2 | $43.90 | ||
3 | $62.85 | ||
Blend | 1 | $24.95 | |
2 | $49.90 | ||
3 | $74.85 | ||
Syrup | 1 | $13.46 | |
2 | $24.92 | ||
3 | $34.38 |
As you can see, the price per product decreases as you increase the quantity. This rule applies to most products for subscribers and 1-time buyers. Thus, you can achieve significant savings with larger purchases if you are a fan of Javy products.
What I also like to point out is that Instant Protein Coffee is pricier compared to other blends. Subscribers pay $45.90 for a single bag, while guests pay $49.90. Opting for 2 bags increases the cost to $91.80 for subscribers and $99.80 for guests. Purchasing 3 bags further raises the price to $137.70 for subscribers and $149.70 for guests.
If you're a fan of coffee syrups, consider purchasing the Variety Pack Coffee Syrups. This set includes all 3 flavors – Mocha, Caramel, and Vanilla – and costs the same as buying 2 bottles separately. And if you open an account, you get an extra discount, which at the time of writing makes the entire set available for just under $25.
You'll see the calculated shipping fee at checkout. But whatever I ordered came with the $5.95 shipping charge for orders under $50 for delivery to New York.
If unhappy with Javy products, send an email to customer support within 30 days. A representative will review your case and reach out to discuss a refund or replacement status. Note that the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is applicable to your initial order only.
Javy accepts several payment methods. These are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex credit cards as well as PayPal.
Javy delivers products to customers across the continental USA. You can order its coffee to a PO Box or APO/FPO addresses within the USA and US territories.
The company processes the order within 3 to 7 days once you place it. Meaning that you can't choose a preferred delivery day. Note that the coffee delivery service doesn't send shipments on weekends and holidays.
You can edit and reschedule orders on the customer portal page. Once you log in, click on Manage Subscriptions to make changes.
You can buy from Javy a la carte, but consider subscribing to enjoy various benefits. Some of these benefits are privileged prices, discounted shipping, and priority customer service. The process corresponds to ordering and looks like this:
1. Click on Shop All in the heading or the desired product category to browse Javy’s offerings.
2. Select the product to choose the quantity and the shipping frequency. Add the item to the cart.
3. Choose products and proceed to secure checkout.
4. Enter your email and shipping addresses. Then, confirm the shipping method and the optional fee and proceed to payment.
5. Pay by your credit card or PayPal account.
Once you complete these steps, expect delivery in the following days.
You can manage your own Javy account by logging into it. After that, you can easily pause or cancel your subscription. You can also add a discount code or reschedule delivery, among other things.
At the time of writing my Javy Coffee Review, email is the only channel for contacting customer service - [email protected]. I found this email while researching the satisfaction guarantee section.
While doing my research, I concluded that Javy doesn’t facilitate contacting customer service since the information isn’t clearly displayed anywhere on the site. Even the call to contact among the FAQs doesn’t have an active link.
On the bright side, Javy has a comprehensive FAQ section. There, you can find answers to various questions categorized into different topics, such as Subscription & Accounts, Returns & Refunds, and General Inquiries. What's more, you can find various information about the company's products.
You can easily unsubscribe by logging in to your customer portal. When you do, click on Manage Subscription and then on Cancel Subscription.
Javy is a great choice if you're a coffee enthusiast who appreciates variety. It prides itself on using high-quality, sustainable ingredients. The coffee delivery service's products are low in calories and gluten-free. What's more, Javy's products are affordable, especially when compared to the prices at Starbucks and other coffee retailers.
An area for improvement is packaging, which could be more environmentally friendly. Also, customer support isn't the provider's strong suit, since it only had email support at the time of my Javy Coffee Review. Further, the website could be a little more user-friendly. I had to find alternative ways to get to the homepage since clicking on the company logo in the top-left corner of the screen didn't work, among other minor inconveniences.
Javy Coffee’s products suit various diets. Its products are low in calories and gluten-, sugar-, and junk-free, making them a healthy choice for coffee enthusiasts. Its emphasis on quality and sustainability also adds to its appeal.
The answer to this question comes down to your preferences. In general, you should enjoy the beverage with either warm or iced water or milk. Just make sure to mix it with a shaker bottle.
Javy Coffee isn't sweetened. The primary ingredients include concentrated arabica beans and water, with no added sugars or sweeteners. As such, the calorie content is no more than 5 calories.
